About Us
|
Truly the jewel of the Pacific, Lord Howe Island sweeps in a crescent of opal
and emerald surrounded by sapphire sea. At it's heart nestles Blue Lagoon Lodge
|
 |
At Blue Lagoon Lodge, the tradition of friendly, island style hospitality
established by Nathan Thompson, a founding father of the Lord Howe settlement, is
continued today by his descendants, Barry, Des, & Rodney and their wives.
|
Blue Lagoon Lodge is centrally located, on level ground just 200 metres from the
lagoon. A general store is located on the property, and the Post Office & other facilities nearby.
|
| Shady verandahs overlook lush green sub-tropical gardens, the ideal spot for reading or
simply reviving. Undercover Gas Barbecues are located throughout the beautiful grounds.
Blue Lagoon Lodge has a large range of bikes which are available to assist your viewing of Lord Howe Island. For the not
so active car hire is also provided. |
